Katerina Krassakopoulou joins as intern the group

Katerina Krassakopoulou from the University of Patras (Greece) performs an internship in our group with a Erasmus+ fellowship.

Katerina will study the computational modeling of interactions between immmune system and Mycobacterium tuberculosis inside an alveolus. She will realize computer modeling based on agent-based models of the interactions among different types of cells with the Mtb inside a single alveoulus and determination of dynamics and characteristic values. Comparison among the results and the different levels of approximation based en ODE. She will stay for three months here in the group.
